Essential cookies and storage
Your sign-in session is stored on your device so you stay logged in between visits. Without it you would have to sign in on every page. These cannot be switched off while you use the app.
Preferences stored on your device
- Interface language
- Bedtime Mode settings — soundscape, volume and fade-out timer
- Whether the onboarding wizard has been completed
- Bedtime reminder and analytics choices from Settings
These never leave your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.
Payments
Our payment provider sets cookies needed to process a checkout securely and to prevent fraud. They are only used on the subscription screens.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels, and no analytics unless you explicitly opt in from Settings.
