Bedtime is the best ten minutes of the day. We wanted every one of them to feel like the start of a favourite series.
What DreamTales does
You tell us a little about your child — their name, age and favourite things — and DreamTales writes a calm, positive, age-appropriate bedtime story starring them, ready in seconds. Choose the story type, the length, whether it carries a gentle moral, and who else is in tonight's cast: a sibling, the whole family, grandparents, even the family pet.
A story universe, not one-off stories
Characters your child meets come back. The unicorn from Monday remembers Friday's adventure, the dragon returns weeks later, and the whole cast eventually reunites — so children get attached the way they do to a favourite book series.
Made for bedtime
Bedtime Mode dims the screen, hides distractions and plays gentle rain, ocean, forest, fireplace or night ambience that fades away on its own. Optional narration reads the story aloud in a choice of warm character voices.
Safety first
Every story is written to be positive and free of violence and frightening content, with a happy ending. The “never include scary content” setting is honoured for every child. We never ask for a child's surname, photo or location.
